The major wavelengths of red laser modules are 635nm,638nm, 650nm, and 660nm,660nm,670nm,685nm laser diode module

Red laser module
The advantages of red laser module are cost efficiency, low driving voltage and power consumption, and smaller dimension size. The major wavelengths of red laser modules are 635nm, 650nm, and 660nm.635nm laser module has the better visibility and red color performance in image applications
Body Options
Standard body diameter type are available. These are as follows:
● Standard :4mm, 6mm(without PCB), 8mm, 9mm, 12mm, 20mm

Lens Options
Elliptical collimated beam or focussed spot:
● PMMA Lens:(plastic aspheric lens) is suited for applications wherespace is critical and a cost effect solution is required.
● Glass lens:Produces an elliptical collimated beam or focussed spot.
Optional Line/Cross line Lens Assemblies
● PMMA line/ cross line lens: fan angle options(15°,30°,45°,60°,90°,110° line & 15°,58°,110° cross line)
● Glass line/ cross line lens: fan angle options( 110° line & cross line)
● Powell line lens : fan angle options(15°,30°,45°,60°)
Costomized Laser Pattern :Diffractive Optical Element
A range of diffractive optical elements (DOE) are available to provide various patterns such as crosses, circles and dot matrix for applications such as 3D mapping, surface texture analysis, alignment and general machine vision applications. Power Options
The 635nm laser module have standard output power as follows:
● Class II 1mW (0.7-0.9mw)
● Class IIIA 5mW (2.5-3.5mW)
● Csotom wiith your requirements
Driver Types
APC or ACC driving circuit
● APC(Auto Power Control): automatically adjust the input current in order to output a constant value of optical power
● ACC(Auto Current Control):a way have a constant value of input current, while the output power may vary.
● ClassII or ClassIIIA laser module commonly used APC driving circuit, Of course, what drives depends on your application needs.
CW mode or PWM mode
● CW (continuous wave mode): A conventional control method, continued to light up the work
● PWM(Pulse Width Modulation):Direct Drive PWM laser is available with a TTL driver board that allows the unit to be gated on and off;
Operating Voltage
● 3V/5V DC are standard laser operating voltage,we also can suply such as 12V DC or 24V DC if needed,and the minimum diameter can be done 8mm;
● MXTLASER can be supplied with a mains adaptor which runs on 110-240V AC input and has one output to power the laser,If you require a custom lead length please contact us
